Employee Referral Program


The key to Scalable Systems future success centers on our ability to attract and retain new employees, because we believe our people will continue to be the major factor in achieving our growth goals. Since our employees know what it takes to be successful at Scalable systems, referred employees usually have the skills, experience, loyalty and performance we look for. If an employee recommends a new hire, as part of this program, he or she will receive a referral bonus. The Scalable Systems Employee Referral Program provides employees with an opportunity to be involved in recruiting their future co-workers.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporary employees and contractors on assignment to Scalable Systems are considered internal. Former Scalable Systems employees or contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break -in service at Scalable Systems. External candidates who have previously applied and are in an active status in the Scalable Systems. applicant database may be eligible if they are referred for a specific position(s). Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible.
Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.

BONUS AMOUNT

A $750.00 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 6 months of hire when the following criteria have been met:
Referring Scalable Systems employee must be employed at time of referral and time of
    payments.
Referred applicant must be Scalable Systems employee at time of payments.

PROCEDURES

Employees must follow the described procedures to submit a referral for an open position to be eligible for the program. The referral form (see below) must be submitted prior to the date of hire. The applicant must submit his or her resume through mail to Human Resources, Scalable Systems, 525 Milltown Road suite 303, North Brunswick, NJ-08902.

Programmer Analysts to Develop, create, test and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.Travel may be required to client sites.

Bachelor's +1- 2 years exp (Comp Sci, Egg., Bus. Admin, Math, MIS or Science, Will accept the equivalent combination of degrees or education and experience.)


Sr. Level Positions -
Senior Software Engineer(s) to Develop, create and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Travel may be required to client sites.

Bachelor's + 5 years exp / Master's + 6 months to 2 years (Comp Sci, Engg, Bus. Admin Math, MIS or Science )
